This job assignment and the method and attitude in which you carry it out, are the determining factors of your future and the success of your company. They directly effect the amount of your earnings and the promotions you may receive.
As a newly hired employee, you must satisfactorily complete a 90 day probationary period. During this period an orientation program will be conducted in an effort for you to have a pleasant adjustment to your new job, and a clear understanding of what is expected and knowledge of company policy.
Medical Benefits: Are offered to employees after their probation period. Tri-State pays a % of your preimum amount.
Holidays: Tri-State offers 7 paid holidays, once you have reached your probation time.
